xperience with CA Ops AMI Ops z/OS JCL REXX TSO and ISPF Endevour;
Experience with the install and configuration of OEM software products IBM and CABroadcom products;
Technical leadership experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect (or similar);
Manage engagements as a trusted technical advisor to clients and project members to solve complex technical challenges;
Thought leadership with extensive knowledge in mainframe architecture product solutions and services;
Experience in the following technical areas: Agile / Scrum Application Architecture COBOL Database Schema Management Workload Scheduler and ControlM;
Demonstrates high level of expertise analyzing mainframe systems to formulate plans to improve migrate or modernize the systems;
Lead requirements gathering sessions with customer stakeholders to facilitate the documentation of technical requirements for mainframe system / product solutions;
Handson experience working with z/OS COBOL and Integration middleware technologies such as zOS Connect Solace Kafka and message protocols/formats such as MQ JMS SOAP JSON XML.
Design and architect highly available mainframe solutions using the BMC product suite including BMC AMI BMC Cost Analyzer and BMC ControlM;
Develop migration strategies and plans for transitioning from legacy mainframe systems to modernized environments including data migration strategies;
Handson experience in mainframe solutions including operating system subsystems (Db2 CICS MQ etc. storage security and hardware; and
Familiarity with mainframe analysis tools: SML Cast etc.;

Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and success as a supporting project team member within a professional services firm or large enterprise including:
Supporting engagements as a trusted technical resource to clients to implement complex technical solutions establishing credibility with individuals within client organization;
Experience in the following technical areas: Application Architecture COBOL Database Schema Management Mainframe Workload Scheduler and ControlM;
Experience in configuring mainframe systems to improve migrate or modernize the system;
Experience in documentation of technical requirements / specifications based on targetstate technical architecture design for mainframe systems
Experience implementing highly available mainframe solutions using the BMC product suite including BMC AMI BMC Cost Analyzer and BMC ControlM;
Experience migrating legacy mainframe systems to modernized environments based on predefined migration strategies and plans inclusive of data migration;
Handson experience building mainframe solutions including: operating system subsystems (Db2 CICS MQ etc. storage security and hardware;
Experience leveraging mainframe analysis tools: SML Cast etc.; and
