Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Sales to lead and expand our semiconductor services business specifically within ASIC design. This highimpact role requires a strategic sales leader with deep industry connections and a proven track record in driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in semiconductor engineering services and 1015 years of semiconductor industry experience at a Senior Manager or Director level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in semiconductor services with a focus on ASIC design.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key clients OEMs and semiconductor companies.
  • Lead and mentor a highperforming sales team ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive customer engagement build strong relationships and provide technical sales support to close highvalue deals.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with engineering marketing and product teams to align business strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage sales forecasting pipeline development and revenue targets with a datadriven approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1020 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry with a strong background in ASIC design.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor services (design services IP or related consulting).
  • Proven track record of sales leadership at a Senior Manager or Director level.
  • Deep understanding of ASIC design cycles semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Strong network within the semiconductor industry including OEMs fabless companies and IP providers.
  • Ability to drive complex technical B2B sales cycles with highvalue deals.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Willing to relocate to the Bay Area if not already a resident.
