Job Description

Job Title: Italian Customer Experience Associate

Location: Barcelona Spain
Work Type: Hybrid / Onsite
Employment Type: Fulltime

About the Role:

Are you passionate about delivering topnotch customer experiences Were looking for a Customer Experience Associate with nativelevel Italian to join our team in Barcelona. In this role youll be the voice of the brandproviding exceptional support solving problems and making every interaction a positive one for our Italianspeaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to Italianspeaking customers via email chat and phone

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions quickly and effectively

  • Guide customers through product features processes and best practices

  • Proactively identify issues and suggest improvements to the customer journey

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Product Operations Logistics etc. to ensure seamless support

  • Track prioritize and resolve customer queries using internal systems (CRM tools)

  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and supporting peers

What Youll Bring:

  • Nativelevel Italian (spoken and written)

  • Fluent in English (B2 level or higher)

  • Previous experience in a customerfacing role is preferred

  • Strong communication and active listening skills

  • Empathy patience and a problemsolving attitude

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment

  • Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems (training provided)
