Veracity consists of teams of more than 120 developers spread out across Norway Poland and China. We now want to start building up in India. To begin with we are looking for a skilled and passionateSenior Software Developerat ourPune Indiaoffice.
You will join a global team that runs a broad range of products and services transforming existing and developing new digital services and tools across all of DNVs industries. This position requires flexibility to work across Europe & Asia time zones as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or similar.
- 5 9years of relevant professional experience in software development.
- Proficient in web application development using the Microsoft .NET framework.
- Strong handson experience with Azure cloud services.
- Familiarity with cloudnative development practices including Docker and containerized deployment.
- Solid understanding of objectoriented design principles and design patterns.
- Expertise in languages such as C# Python and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and database design.
- Experience with CI/CD. We use Azure DevOps.
Your daytoday tasks:
- Collaborating with the team to architect new features and ensure their transformation into businesscritical solutions.
- Designing and developing applications with a strong emphasis on leveraging data as a core component of the product.
- Implementing a robust set of services and APIs to drive the functionality of the applications.
- Creating reusable code and libraries to streamline future development efforts.
- Optimizing applications for enhanced speed and scalability to meet performance requirements.
- Staying abreast of the latest technology trends and actively participating in knowledge sharing with colleagues.
- Engaging in agile crossfunctional teamwork to prioritize and deliver customer value.
- Liaising closely with DNVs technical and commercial experts to understand problem domains and devise optimal solutions.
- Participating in all development phases from ideation to deployment and usage of solutions.
