Job Description

Come build the future with us! We are seeking a strategic and customerobsessed GotoMarket (GTM) Sr. Product Marketing Manager to support our MultiChannel Fulfillment (MCF) business. In this role you will lead the development and of GTM strategies that drive awareness adoption and revenue for services used by eCommerce sellers to drive growth across multiple sales channels (ecommerce DTC sites marketplaces and social shopping sites).

As a B2B Product Marketing Manager youll be responsible for deeply understanding the needs of omnichannel merchants positioning our fulfillment capabilities to meet those needs and enabling internal and external stakeholders to deliver consistent valuedriven messaging across all customer touchpoints.


Key job responsibilities
Lead GTM Strategy for MCF: Own endtoend GTM planning for product launches feature rollouts and integrations to drive merchant adoption and engagement.
Customer & Market Insights: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand the needs of omnichannel sellers and inform messaging segmentation and feature prioritization.
Messaging & Positioning: Develop clear compelling product positioning and differentiated messaging that speaks to merchant pain points like fulfillment speed cost scalability and inventory management.
Sales & Partner Enablement: Equip sales partner managers and support teams with the right tools content training and narratives to close deals and support merchants.
Content Development: Collaborate with content demand gen and product teams to build assets including onepagers solution briefs web copy email sequences case studies and video scripts.
Campaign Support: Align with demand generation to support integrated marketing campaigns across digital email events and partner channels.
Performance & Optimization: Define KPIs for GTM success (e.g. merchant acquisition feature adoption funnel conversion) and adjust strategies based on insights and feedback.
CrossFunctional Leadership: Partner closely with Product PR Sales Merchant Success Channel Partnerships Ops and Legal to ensure alignment and flawless .

MCF aims to enable organizations across the world with reliable cost effective and flexible endtoend eCommerce fulfillment solutions in order to help them scale succeed and offer best in class experiences to their customers.

6 years of experience in B2B product marketing or product management ideally in logistics or eCommerce businesses.
Demonstrated success in driving GTM strategy and for technical or servicebased products.
Deep understanding of eCommerce ecosystems including marketplaces directtoconsumer brands and selling tools.
Exceptional storytelling writing and presentation skills.
Strong analytical mindset and experience using customer insights and performance data to drive decisions.
Bachelors degree in marketing business technology and/or relevant field of study such as computer science and/or cloud computing.

Experience marketing logistics fulfillment services or backend commerce infrastructure.
Familiarity with merchant platforms (Shopify Magento WooCommerce etc. and integration ecosystems.
MBA or advanced degree in marketing strategy or related field is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
