Were building something extraordinary at Cook Childrens and this newly created overnight Clinical PharmacistCritical Care position is your chance to be at the forefront. Imagine: youll be the driving force behind expanding our clinical services to the Pediatric (PICU) Neonatal (NICU) and Cardiac (CICU) Intensive Care Units providing lifesaving pharmaceutical care during critical overnight hours. This isnt just a job; its an opportunity to shape the future of patient care in a fastpaced highacuity environment. Youll leverage your expertise in critical care emergency medicine and code response working alongside a dynamic overnight team to ensure optimal medication therapy outcomes. Qualifications

  • Graduate from an American Council on Pharmacy Education accredited school of pharmacy.

  • Experience in critical care or emergency medicine preferred. Preference given to candidates with completion of a PGY1 Residency; completion of a PGY2 Pediatric Critical Care Residency is highly desired.

  • Texas Pharmacist and Pharmacy Preceptor licensures must be obtained within 90 days of employment. New graduates must obtain preceptor license within 90 days after one year of being licensed as a pharmacist

  • CPR BLS and PALS required
