Qualifications:
- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Valid New York State Physical Therapy license (required).
- Experience: 3 years of clinical experience in outpatient inpatient or rehab settings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in manual therapy therapeutic modalities and EMR documentation.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication empathy and problemsolving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidencebased interventions to address musculoskeletal neurological and functional deficits.
- Monitor progress adjust care plans and document outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals.
