Job Description

Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Operations

An Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Operations is needed in MiamiDade County.

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in MiamiDade County primarily known for its beautiful beaches particularly South Beach warm weather vibrant nightlife and distinct Art Deco architecture. Its also a cultural hub with a diverse population and international cuisine reflecting its multicultural influences.

Salary and Benefits

  • The salary range is $150000 $300000 (negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Monday Friday: 8am 5pm
  • Lead strategic planning operational development and overall agency direction to align with company goals and values.
  • Oversee financial performance quality metrics and regulatory compliance across assigned agencies.
  • Provide leadership in staff recruitment training and performance evaluation to meet patient and agency needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and community teams to drive growth and implement longterm initiatives.
  • Ensure effective communication data reporting and adherence to HIPAA Medicare Medicaid and company standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree Required preferably in Healthcare Administration or related healthcare field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Healthcare Hospice or Home Health experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Management Level experience.
  • Prior Sales and Marketing experience within Home Health or Hospice preferred.
  • Knowledge of Hospice Operations State and Federal Regulations and Compliance strongly preferred.
