Job Description
Role Description:As a Senior ITAM Consultant you will be pivotal in providing expert guidance and support to clients in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow ITAM solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with clients to understand their business objectives gathering requirements and tailoring ServiceNow solutions to meet their needs. You will provide training and support to endusers resolve issues and ensure seamless implementation and adoption of the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development specifically in ITAM.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer specializing in ITAM ITSM and Service Portal.
- A thorough understanding of ITIL processes and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in requirement gathering solution design configuration and implementation of ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM solutions.
- Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform including CMDB Service Catalog ITAM and ITSM modules.
- Experience scripting custom discovery patterns for ITAM.
- Ability to lead workshops deliver user training and provide enduser support.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a history of effective collaboration with clients and crossfunctional teams.
- ServiceNow certifications: CSA and CISITAM are required.
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or a relevant field.
