Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years experience with full lifecycle NetSuite implementations including design and configuration of NetSuite.
- Strong business skills and experience in accounting finance or operations prior to consulting experience.
- Experience managing technical development by acting as a liaison between the technical team and the user community.
- Experience with data conversions interfaces/integrations reporting and customizations to NetSuite applications.
- Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs.
- Experience testing NetSuite application instances to successfully validate application setups including input to test plans test scenarios and test scripts.
- Ability to define and articulate Business Benefits and Costs.Bachelors degree in Accounting IT or related field.
- Ability to provide 3 separate NS Customer references for work performed within the last two years
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and colleagues to facilitate ontime and onbudget project delivery
- Prepare for and run recurring and adhoc client meetings and maintain ongoing relationshipbuilding activities to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide basic training to clients as needed regarding standard NetSuite functionality. Compile associated written materials (such as enduser guides) as necessary.
- Consult with clients to understand their business requirements and mapping them to NetSuite
Design solutions using NetSuite functions and features
- Identify and manage gaps in customer requirements and NetSuite functionality
- Work and interact with customers in the configuration of their NetSuite system
Build successful customer relationships
Achieve or exceed customer satisfaction and billable utilization targets
Follow Nuages NetSuite Implementation Methodology
- Follow project timelines and successfully complete deliverables and activities within the assigned timeframes
