Staff Data Engineer
Base salary in the range of $180000 to $250000 plus equity.
Minimum Experience Required: 8 years of data engineering experience.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor work visas at this time.

Your Impact: As a Staff Data Engineer youll be a technical leader designing and implementing scalable data solutions that support advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives. Your work will directly enable our teams to make datainformed decisions and drive product innovation.
Responsibilities:
Design and architect scalable data platforms that support realtime and batch data processing.
Lead the development of data pipelines ETL processes and data warehousing solutions.
Define and enforce data governance and quality standards to ensure data integrity and reliability.
Mentor and guide junior data engineers promoting best practices and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Collaborate with data scientists analysts and product managers to understand data requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Qualifications:
8 years of data engineering experience with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex data solutions.
Expert knowledge of distributed systems data warehousing and ETL processes.
Strong proficiency in SQL Python and cloudbased data technologies (e.g. AWS GCP Azure).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with realtime data streaming technologies (e.g. Kafka Flink Spark Streaming).
Expertise in building data lakes and data meshes.
Contributions to opensource data projects or technical publications.
