Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Coos Bay OR
Hourly Pay: $41.00 to $63.00/hour
Schedule: Day Shift 10hour days 80 hours per twoweek pay period
SignOn Bonus: Up to $10000 for fulltime / $5000 for parttime amount for new grads)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join their rehab team in beautiful Coos Bay OR. In this fulltime day shift role youll be responsible for evaluating patients developing individualized treatment plans and delivering effective therapy to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough physical therapy evaluations
- Establish treatment goals and plans of care tailored to each patient
- Deliver and modify treatments based on patient response
- Track progress and document effectively in compliance with standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
