Job Description
BHS Corrugated North America is seeking an onsite Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for our customer location in Glendale AZ
The Job:
As an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor with BHS Corrugated you will be responsible for ensuring our customers satisfaction by minimizing the downtime of BHS equipment. You will do this by leading a small team of industrial technicians and ensure that all preventative and corrective maintenance is done on time and correctly.
Our Maintenance Supervisors are also responsible for a safe work environment of the plant and our technicians continuous improvement of corrugator production and scheduling and organizing all onsite maintenance work and parts inventory.
This position is crucial to the success of the new BHS maintenance program in Glendale as you are the customers point of contact for the stateoftheart BHS equipment. You will have intensive contact with our customers plant management and will be responsible for:
- Assisting plant management in reaching their production goals
- Discussing the reasons for the downtime of equipment
- Leading the weekly meeting on the maintenance program.

The Experience:
Five years of experience in industrial maintenance performing electrical and mechanical interventions is required! You must also have:
- Previous relevant supervisory experience
- Customer service experience
- Excellent organizational skills and people skills
- Experience working with pneumatics hydraulics steam PLC programming and computer software.
Previous knowledge or experience with corrugated equipment is a plus but not required for this position.

The salary is competitive and based on experience.
