These remote contract positionsoffer flexibility autonomyand the opportunity to collaborate with diverse clients without the constraints of a traditional office setting allowing you to maintain ahealthyworklife balance while still contributing meaningfully to highimpact initiatives.

TheMarketing & Business DevelopmentManager willsupport our clients in the full range oflaw firmmarketing and business development activities including:

Developing and implementing marketing strategiesformidsize andAmLawfirms
Creating and implementing customized marketing infrastructure plans for clients
Leading strategic marketing and business development projects for key clients
Collaboratingwith attorneys to develop thought leadership contentpresentations brochuresweb copyand other marketing materials
Organizingindustry conferenceswebinars podcasts and other events
Conducting business development coaching
Implementingsocial media strategy
Managing ads and sponsorships
Measuring performance of campaigns using analytics and advising on improvements
Leadingawards and directory submissions
Drafting pitch materials RFP responses and capability statements
Leading brand and website redesigns
Conducting marketing and business development training sessions
Collaborating with attorneys on crossselling initiatives
Collaborating closely withBuildenPartners junior team members by providing direction on project tasksand ensuring alignment on deliverables

Requirements:

58years oflaw firmexperience; large law firm experience preferred
Bachelors degree in communications marketing business or related field
Ability toplan strategically and execute tactically
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Exceptional project management skills
Strong client service focus
Proficiencyin social mediaplatforms and analytics tools
Ability tomanagemultiple projects priorities and deadlines
Enjoys working within our processdriven model
Highly focused organized and intensely detail oriented
