Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Efficiently execute orders ensuring timely and accurate preparation of dishes.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Stock and replenish workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials.
- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
- Strong knife skills and culinary expertise.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
Schedule:
- Hours vary including breakfast and dinner shifts.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.
