Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Testing Associate with expertise in testing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in creating and executing both manual and automated test scripts tailored to client requirements. This role involves endtoend responsibilities including test design configuration data creation proof of concept user training material development and support for testing milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Designing Test Plans and Test Cases based on the requirements and project needs.
Taking care of the projects testware (test cases defects testing checklists and other related artifacts).
Good understanding of Salesforce CRM Application Modules & Processes and Salesforce Security
Cooperating with analysts developers and product owners from all over the world.
Being a game changer by finding any possible improvements to Test Process or even Tested Software.
Develop use and test cases to test the implementation of Salesforce CRM and take part in the of such test cases;
Candidate should have good knowledge and handson on Salesforce Platform Sales Cloud Service Cloud
Candidates should be open to work in shifts
Candidate should have good communication skills and be a quick learner
Practical knowledge of preparing/ designing conducting and documenting tests.
Candidate with Automation skill is plus
Good understanding of Waterfall and/or Agile Project Management methodologies.
Related education or equivalent relevant work experience.
Skilled in documentation with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Project)
Ensure compliance with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices during the testing lifecycle.
Utilize test management tools (e.g. JIRA Solution Manager Zephyr qTest for efficient tracking and reporting.
Collaborate within largescale Salesforce implementation projects across multiple geographies.
Analyze bugs perform root cause analysis and document results to ensure continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Overall 25 years of Experience in Testing of Salesforce CRM Business Applications.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Functional Testing.
Experience:
Experience in endtoend testing of Salesforce Solutions including configuration and Customization (APEX classes Triggers Visualforce pages Lightning Web components etc.
Experience in of test cases using Salesforce testing tools and frameworks. Inbound and Outbound Integrations Mulesoft or any 3rd Party Integrations
Participated in daily scrum meetings analyze assigned user stories identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements
Experience with Quality Assurance practices and tools and Experience in Agile projects
Good understanding of Salesforce CRM Application Modules & Processes and Salesforce Security
Working experience in different Salesforce Clouds specially Sales Service and Customer Experience Cloud
Experience of difference types of testing Functional UI/UX Regression
Understanding of Salesforce SFDC Architecture & concepts is required.
Experience testing Salesforce platform is required.
Experience in Web Services Testing is preferred (but not mandatory).
Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications.
Strong communication skills are (oral and written)
Candidate with Automation skill is plus
