Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer Trainer Quality Control/Quality Consultant Trust & Safety
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our Quality Control Analysts and/or Quality Consultants. In this role you will be instrumental in equipping our quality professionals with the knowledge skills and tools necessary to ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy in our service delivery. You will contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Responsibilities:
Training Needs Analysis:
o Collaborate with Quality Leadership and operational teams to identify training needs related to quality control processes standards tools and methodologies.
o Conduct needs assessments to understand skill gaps and learning requirements within the quality teams.
Curriculum Development and Design:
o Design develop and maintain engaging and effective training materials including presentations manuals elearning modules and practical exercises.
o Ensure training content is accurate uptodate and aligned with global quality standards and processes.
o Adapt training materials to different learning styles and levels of experience.
Training Delivery:
o Facilitate and deliver instructorled training sessions (both inperson and virtual) on various quality control topics.
o Employ a variety of training methodologies to maximize learning and retention.
o Create a positive and interactive learning environment.
o Manage classroom logistics and ensure a smooth training delivery process.
Assessment and Evaluation:
o Develop and administer assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and participant learning.
o Analyze assessment results and identify areas for improvement in training content and delivery.
o Track training completion and maintain training records.
Quality Standards and Best Practices Advocacy:
o Promote a strong understanding and adherence to quality control principles methodologies and best practices within the team.
o Act as a subject matter expert on qualityrelated topics and provide guidance to the quality teams.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
o Collaborate with Quality Leadership operational managers and subject matter experts to ensure training alignment with business needs.
o Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding training schedules content and outcomes.
o Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative training environment.
Continuous Improvement of Training Programs:
o Regularly review and update training materials based on feedback changes in processes and evolving quality standards.
o Explore new training technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience.
o Measure the impact of training programs on quality performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Any graduate
Experience in designing and delivering training programs preferably within a Quality Control Quality Assurance or Operations environment.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective training methodologies.
Excellent presentation facilitation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to create engaging and interactive training content.
Strong knowledge of quality control concepts tools and methodologies.
Proficiency in using training authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS).
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to identifying 1 training needs.
Preferred Skills:
Experience training on specific quality management systems (e.g. Six Sigma Lean ISO standards).
Experience developing elearning modules and utilizing virtual training platforms.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting to evaluate training effectiveness.
Certification in training and development (e.g. CPTD).
