As a Sr. Recruiter you will directly impact the growth of the company and support our scaling efforts.
The role will be based onsite full time in Gurugram India and report into our Recruiting Manager.
Shift Time: 2:00pm 10:30pm (Cabs will be provided)
You Will:
- Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand their team needs and provide qualified and prepared candidates to meet those needs
- Be able to conduct your searches with or without aligning with our sourcing team to engage and attract the future builders of Roblox
- Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process ensuring our topoffunnel efforts and interviews provide candidates of all backgrounds with equal unbiased consideration and opportunity
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience aligning with our Talent Operations Team to ensure all candidates leave our doors feeling inspired and informed
- Ensure that operational excellence is at the forefront of your process and take pride in a clean ATS
- Employ market intelligence and funnel metrics to inform your search strategy and build a trusting and credible relationship with your leaders your team and Roblox on a whole
You Have:
- 7 years of experience into fullcycle technical recruiting
- Experience working in a scaling company
- Experience analyzing market trends and reporting back insights to the business
- Experience managing top talent and providing a seamless candidate experience
- Experience solving complex recruiting problems and collaborating to work through issues
- Experience running searches with multiple sourcing channels
- Experience innovating to make your day to day or the recruiting process faster
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipeline and stay organized
- Experience working in an unstructured and evolving company and have helped build processes and infrastructure within recruiting
- Experience partnering with sourcers to build an effective sourcing strategy
- Experience advising Recruiters and Hiring Managers on sourcing activity and recommend pivots to the sourcing strategy as needed
- Motivation to step in and help the team as needed
