ResponsibilitiesGerman linguist for EU Collections:
- Receivables Management:Download and analyze receivables reports ensuring timely followup and adopting escalation processes for aged items. Aim to maintain overdue receivables status below 5 for controllable items and actively work on reducing bad debts.
- Collection Tracking:Develop and maintain a robust collection followup tracker with uptodate customer status.
- Remittance Coordination:Provide timely remittance details to the cash application team for prompt statement clearance.
- Daily Monitoring:Continuously monitor receivables accounts promptly highlighting issues to the billing and purchasing teams for timely dispute resolution.
- Metrics Preparation:Prepare global collections controller metrics operational metrics and the controllers deck. Highlight issues during reviews for swift resolution.
- Journal Preparation:Prepare standard and nonstandard journals monthly and post entries on bad debts quarterly.
- Audit Support:Provide assistance during audits as required.
Qualifications- Communication Skills:Excellent written and oral communication skills in both German and English.
- Receivables Process Experience:Fair knowledge and experience in receivables processes
