As a Manager Supplier Management you will be responsible for the holistic relationship between Capital One and key third parties enabling a wellmanaged and adaptable supply chain. You will work closely with internal team members establishing and maintaining relationships with internal business customers and assigned suppliers. This role is essential in the delivery of key cost risk and performance managementrelated efforts for thirdparty relationships in addition to identifying strategic opportunities for growth and/or greater return on investment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Problem Solving & Strategy Advice: Provide problemsolving and innovative ideas to support internal customers. Identify valuegenerating opportunities (e.g. savings efficiencies or revenue growth).
- Negotiation: Partner to negotiate contracts for a broad range of services for Capital One
- Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for third parties and manage an effective governance between Capital One and assigned third parties.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal risk groups to ensure third party relationships are compliant with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Risk Management: Monitor and ensure successful delivery against third party contractual obligations
- Process Management: Accountable for policy requirements for all managed thirdparty relationships. Plan and lead periodic reviews and assessments of supplier relationships.
- Supplier Sourcing: Maintain awareness of external marketplace as it relates to your suppliers and perform sourcing activities where appropriate
Note: Limited travel may be required.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in Relationship Management Supplier Management Project Management Process Management or a combination
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in Procurement Sourcing Operations Management Risk Management

The minimum and maximum fulltime annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean VA: $146100 $166700 for Manager Supply ChainCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
