As a Software Development Engineer in Test you will help create and maintain automation frameworks that enable scrum teams to follow quality practices ensuring our product is held to the highest standards before being placed in front of clients. What You Will Get To Do:
- Examine business requirements and work alongside engineering to develop and
execute comprehensive test plans - Partner with team members through design discussions code reviews debugging sessions and promoting best practices that foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Contribute to the automation roadmap and improve testing efficiency by creating and enhancing automation frameworks
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks security vulnerabilities and other system limitations
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelors degree with a major or minor in Computer Science or similarly technical/quantitative field; equivalent work or project experience
- 3 years of software development experience with a focus on creating or maintaining automation frameworks
- Proficiency in one of the following programming languages: C# JavaScript Go Python
- Understanding of microservices architecture containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and at least one public cloud technology (AWS Azure GCP)
- Proven track record of designing and implementing automated tests
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Experience with agile development methodologies and CI/CD tools (Jenkins Octopus Github)
