Property Manager The BLVD at White Springs
Starting Salary: $85000/year
Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
WPM is looking for a customerdriven forwardthinking and selfmotivated leader to join our management team as a Property Manager at The BLVD at White Springs. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations leading a team and ensuring the success of a residential apartment community. Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing & Occupancy Supervise leasing operations ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. Review rent decisions renewals and retention strategies to optimize occupancy.
- Financial & Budget Management Develop and manage community budgets monitor financial performance and address budget variances. Approve expenditures and ensure timely invoice processing.
- Property Maintenance & Inspections Conduct regular property inspections address deficiencies within budget constraints and oversee maintenance operations to ensure quality unit turns and timely resident request resolutions.
- Marketing & Curb Appeal Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance property visibility and reduce vacancies while maintaining exceptional curb appeal.
- Resident & Community Relations Foster strong relationships with residents through clear responsive communication ensuring a safe wellmaintained community.
- Team Leadership & Development Hire train supervise and develop a highperforming team. Provide coaching feedback and performance management while modeling company core values.
- Reporting & Compliance Prepare reports for investors/owners ensuring transparency in operations and financial performance. Enforce company policies and regulatory compliance.
- Emergency & Coverage Management Schedule staff to maintain appropriate coverage for routine operations and emergency response.
What Were Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years of Property Management experience required
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and problemsolving abilities
Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements
Proficiency in property management software and technology
