Job Description
The Aurora RVIII School District is seeking applicants for the position of High School Head Band Director for the202526 school year. Perferably a specialist in percussion or brass in addition to having jazz band experience. The position includes grades must demonstrate studentcentered philosophy on education and be proficient in understanding quality instructional practices to increase student achievement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this position. Aurora follows a 4 day school week Monday Thursday. Benefits include Boardpaid health insurance stipend paid sick/personal leave days and cafeteria plan. Salary dependent upon years of experience and level of education salary schedule personnel guide and school calendar can be found on the districts website .
