What youll be responsible for:
Youll be responsible for executing and evolving our developer community engagement strategyhelping ensure every developer who touches Circles ecosystem feels supported empowered and inspired to build. Reporting to the Director of Community youll manage daily operations across key platforms like Discord support inclusive community growth and coordinate closely with Developer Relations Product and Marketing teams to keep developers informed and engaged. Your work will directly contribute to fostering a vibrant safe and impactful developer environment aligned with Circles broader strategic goals.
What youll work on:
Manage daily operations of Circles developer community across platforms like Discord ensuring timely responses healthy discussions and a safe environment.
Execute engagement strategies in alignment with community goals driving participation and building a sense of belonging among global developers.
Collaborate with Developer Relations Product and Marketing teams to source accurate timely technical insights and deliver responses to community questions.
Develop and maintain community resourcesincluding FAQs tutorials and blog contentthat reflect developer needs and align with Circles brand and compliance standards.
Coordinate and execute virtual and inperson community events (e.g. workshops hackathons meetups) from planning to postevent feedback.
Analyze engagement metrics using tools like CommonRoom to uncover trends track sentiment and recommend datadriven improvements to strategy.
Build relationships with influencers partners and forum contributors to amplify community growth and increase developer adoption of USDC and Circles APIs.
What youll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements:
7 years of experience in community management or developer engagement ideally within a fastpaced tech or Web3 environment.
Familiarity with USDC and foundational knowledge of crypto DeFi or Web3 concepts.
Proven track record managing vibrant online communities across platforms like Discord Reddit and Discourse
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics into accessible engaging content.
Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams including Developer Relations Product and Marketing.
Demonstrated ability to analyze community metrics and use insights to inform engagement strategies with tools like CommonRoom Orbit or similar community analytics platforms.
Comfortable operating independently while managing multiple initiatives in a global distributed team environment.
Preferred Requirements:
Handson experience planning and executing developerfocused events such as hackathons or technical workshops.

Starting pay is determined by various factors including but not limited to: relevant experience skill set qualifications and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range:
$145000 $192500
