MercedesBenz of Westminster has an immediate opening for a General Sales Manager position. This is a rare opportunity to join a top producing MercedesBenz dealer in the state. Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Proven leadership ability to supervise and motivate a sales team to exceed goals.
Proven success in auto retail sales management
Strong aptitude for logical thinking including detailed problem solving skills
Demonstrates self assurance selfconfidence and a strong desire to work in a demanding but rewarding atmosphere
Understands keeps abreast of and complies with federal state and local regulations that affect newvehicle sales.
Detail oriented and excels in a fastpaced results driven environment
Persistent and goal driven
Experience as a MercedesBenz Sales Managerrequired
Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds Elead Vauto Automotive Mastermind and CarWars preferred.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to pass drug testing and background check
Professional appearance and work ethic
