Job Description
Dover High School and Regional Career Technical Center seeks a dynamic educational leader who will be part of an eightperson administrative team. The Dean of Instruction is responsible for organizing communicating leading and supporting curriculum instructional initiatives and assessment programs that support a competencybased education MTSS and Portrait of a Learning while aligning with the schools and districts mission and framework. This position also includes responsibilities in the areas of teacher supervision and evaluation induction and professional development schoolwide assessment scheduling and student supervision. The Dean of Instruction works with district and other building administrators to ensure alignment of scope and sequence and the use of researchbased practices.
