As a Senior Associate youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to . Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Technical Skills
PMGM
Configure and implement the SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) module according to business needs organizational structures and employee performance frameworks.
Design configure and maintain performance reviews rating scales goalsetting processes and feedback workflows.
Define and set up performance review templates goal plans and the integration of 360degree feedback continuous feedback and development plans.
Ensure successful integration between SuccessFactors PMGM and other SuccessFactors modules such as Compensation Learning Career Development and Employee Central.
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate the PMGM module with thirdparty applications and internal systems (e.g. payroll HRIS).
Work with HR and business stakeholders to design and document performance management processes that align with the companys strategic objectives and culture.
Develop and maintain system and process documentation including configuration guides testing procedures and process workflows for Performance & Goals Management.
Perform unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for performance and goal management configurations.
Troubleshoot issues related to performance and goal settings reviews and appraisals ensuring that the system is functioning properly.
Support endusers and business stakeholders with testing and troubleshooting.
Develop reports and dashboards for performance and goal management metrics including employee performance reviews goal completion rates and 360 feedback.
Provide adhoc reporting to business leaders to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide datadriven insights.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to users (HR managers and employees) regarding the use of the Performance & Goals module.
Create training materials user manuals and conduct training sessions to help endusers understand the full functionality of SuccessFactors PMGM.
Address user queries and issues providing solutions and helping improve system adoption.
Evaluate and recommend process and system improvements based on enduser feedback and business needs.
Ensure that PMGM configurations adhere to compliance standards and organizational policies.
Promote industry best practices in performance management goal setting and feedback systems to optimize the user experience.
Compensation & Variable Pay
Configure and implement the SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules ensuring they align with business requirements and compensation strategies.
Design and implement compensation structures including base salary bonus plans stock options and variable pay components.
Set up and configure compensation processes workflows and approval hierarchies ensuring they meet the needs of different compensation models.
Ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors Compensation and other HR modules (e.g. Employee Central Performance & Goals Payroll and Recruiting).
Work closely with IT teams to ensure data integrity between SuccessFactors Compensation and external systems such as payroll systems and thirdparty applications.
Manage compensationrelated data ensuring accurate data flow for reporting and analytics.
Support compensation planning processes including annual salary increases bonus and incentive calculations and meritbased pay adjustments.
Configure compensation planning templates simulations and budget allocation processes.
Work with compensation teams to ensure that total compensation budgets are met and compensation decisions align with organizational goals.
Lead testing activities including unit testing user acceptance testing (UAT) and integration testing for the Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
Identify and resolve issues related to compensation processes ensuring smooth system functionality.
Conduct endtoend testing for compensation workflows to ensure they are aligned with business processes.
Develop and maintain reports for compensation and variable pay including salary reviews bonus payments compensation trends and incentive payouts.
Provide datadriven insights and adhoc reports to support decisionmaking audits and compliance with compensation regulations.
Create dashboards to monitor compensation performance metrics and ensure alignment with company goals.
Develop training materials user manuals and conduct training sessions for end users on compensationrelated processes and the SuccessFactors system.
Succession & CDP
Design configure and implement the SuccessFactors Succession and Career Development Planning (CDP) modules according to business needs and best practices.
Configure succession planning workflows talent pools and development plans for employees across the organization.
Set up career development programs including individual development plans (IDPs) career paths and learning plans to enhance employee growth and align with business goals.
Develop and maintain rolebased permissions and access control for succession and career development planning processes.
Configure succession planning templates talent pools and succession pipelines including critical roles and highpotential employees.
Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for tracking succession readiness and talent pool strength.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify leadership gaps and critical skills needed in the organization ensuring the talent pipeline is robust and aligned with business objectives.
Design and configure career development processes to help employees plan and track their professional growth and development within the organization.
Implement career pathing skill mapping and learning/development programs within the SuccessFactors platform.
Integrate CDP with other SuccessFactors modules such as Learning Performance & Goals and Development Planning to provide a seamless experience for employees and managers.
Ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors Succession & CDP modules and other systems such as Employee Central Performance & Goals Learning and Talent Management.
Manage data flows and integrations to ensure accurate and timely data in the succession planning and career development processes.
Conduct unit testing user acceptance testing (UAT) and integration testing for Succession and CDP functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to succession and career development planning processes to ensure they are working efficiently.
Work with stakeholders to identify process improvements and ensure the modules meet the needs of the business.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track succession readiness talent pool strength career development progress and leadership pipeline health.
Provide adhoc reporting to leadership and HR teams to support talent management decisions succession planning initiatives and strategic workforce planning.
Promote best practices in succession planning and career development to improve employee engagement retention and leadership development.
Qualification:
