Job Description
Position Overview:
MNL is a fullservice ecological restoration company. We provide decades of experience knowledge industry leadership and a variety of services. Our services range from backyard native seeding to largescale restoration bioengineering and everything in between.
MNLs Seed division is proud to have produced and provided hundreds of thousands of pounds of native seed to be planted into the local ecosystems. On an annual basis our passionate team will mix package and distribute 150 species and thousands of pounds of native plant species. Each of which fit a unique and valuable niche in developing habitats. A position as a Fulfillment Technician at MNL will provide hands on experience in the mixing and distribution of native grass and wildflower seeds to a wide range of restoration projects throughout the Midwest.
Hours and scheduling are flexible to suit the applicants needs. Please provide preference for seasonality and scheduling in application. The ideal candidate would be looking to work 2030 hours per week. An Ideal candidate would work 68 hours on MondayThursday.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Order fulfillment: Mixing and weighting native seed to complete orders
- Shipping/Handling: Packaging and labeling orders for shipment
- Facility Organization: Keep all work area clean to avoid cross contamination and loss of product
- Occasional Seed production Field maintenance and Greenhouse work: field planting mitigation seed collecting seed processing transplanting etc.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working in order fulfillment and shipping/handling
- Interest in native plants and ecosystems
- Ability to work in a detailoriented position with minimal errors
- Ability to follow direction work individually and work within a team
- Ability to maintain regular work schedule
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Able to bend stretch push pull reach and move as needed
- Prolonged periods of time standing.
