Who are we looking for
Nike seeks a Creative Producer (Senior) to manage productions for North America Brand Creative. The Producer will be responsible for managing endtoend production for content creation (photography motion animation/illustration CG or any other form of content) through post production delivering efficiently and according to Nikes daily seasonal and longterm marketing objectives.
The Creative Producer is highly organized results driven and has expertise within the production industry. A strong communicator liaising crossfunctionally within brand marketing to lead and drive an organized efficient and successful production process. They are problemsolvers forwardthinkers and creative partners always improving production to effectively execute the creative strategy of North America Brand Creative.
What will you work on
As a Creative Producer you will be responsible for leading and owning mediumscale productions in partnership with Creative Brand Management and other crossfunctional Nike teams. You will facilitate creative partner outreach and negotiations budget management and accruals contract in partnership with Nike Legal and will usher the creative vision through to final delivery. On set you will lead management establishing the ROS and maintaining production schedules. You are the connection point between all internal and external teams seamlessly communicating details throughout the production process so all are aligned. You have and will continue to build industry relationships and will contribute towards creative strategy through growing the database of creative partners who are relevant and inspiring to the creative strategy of North America Brand Creative.
Who will you work with
You will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Production. You will be part of the NA Womens production team alongside other Producers and Production Coordinators. You will partner closely with your Creative and Brand counterparts so that work is organized seamlessly for successful productions. You will also work closely with key business functions such as Finance Legal BA Procurement the Product Specialist COE. In addition youll be a trusted partner to Sports Marketing and Energy Marketing when these teams are engaged for specific productions.
What you bring:
- Knowledge of Photography Motion and Post Production.
- A committed personal passion for imagery and motion and the ambition to stay at the forefront of creative talent resourcing.
- Experience in contract negotiation
- Experience in production budget planning management and reconciliation.
- Ability to organize and lead various teams to a successful outcome.
- Ability to establish good relationships within the creative and production industry.
- A strong ability to solve problems and solutionsoriented attitude
- 35 years in fields directly related to production and creative project management
- Bachelor degree or higher in marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education experience or training
This role is based in Los Angeles CA but will require occasional travel.
