HEAD OF SCHOOLSacred Hearts School is seeking a fulltime Head of School to join our leadership team for theschool year. The Head of School will have the primary responsibility for all academic extracurricular spiritual and development/finance programs of the school. The Head of School will report directly to the pastor of Sacred Hearts Parish and oversees the Assistant Principals faculty and staff providing leadership and educational and strategic direction of the school. The Head of School will be an inspirational leader to both internal constituencies (school advisory board faculty staff parents students) as well as external constituencies (benefactors community leaders parishioners).MISSION STATEMENTSacred Hearts School is a community committed to teaching and living Catholic values. The Early Childhood Center is the site of our Nursery PreK and Kindergarten classes. Grades 18 are in the main school building. RESPONSIBILITIESLeadership and AdministrationoProvides visionary leadership and sets the direction for the professionally with the Catholic Schools Office of the Archdiocese of Boston and submits required reports and assessments to relevant a positive school culture that reflects Catholic values and and evaluate all faculty and staff strong relationships with parents guardians alumni parishioners Assistant Principals School Board and parishs finance and operations manager. oWork collaboratively with the Finance and Operations Manager and Finance Committee to create a realistic the schools budget and secure grant and lead fundraising and advancement opportunities maintain relationships with alumni support PTO and fundraising EXCELLENCEoOversee curriculum development and implementation to ensure academic rigor alignment with standards and adherence to Catholic student progress evaluate instructional practices and promote a culture of with Assistant Principals faculty and staff to create a positive learning environment that nurtures the spiritual intellectual social and emotional development of a culture of professional growth among faculty and FORMATIONoPromote schools Catholic identity and values through prayer sacramental offerings and ongoing service opportunities to put faith into with Sacred Hearts Parish to strengthen faith formation opportunities for students families and AND ENROLLMENToDevelop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a strong student population. oOversee the admission process including marketing initiatives recruitment and enrollment with Assistant Principals and the Student Support Coordinator to assess applicant qualifications and make informed admission decisions.
