Were looking for a strategic and versatile Designer to help bring Lofts brand to life across a growing portfolio of creative touchpointsfrom branding and websites to event collateral mission patches sales materials and more. This role is all about visual storytelling collaboration and . Youll own projects endtoend working across teams to deliver creative that is clear bold and aligned with our mission. As Loft continues to scale youll also have the opportunity to help shape and evolve new brand identities as we expand into new markets andll be part of a small but highimpact team that works across functions and time zones. Were looking for someone whos equal parts creative and operationalwho can think strategically communicate clearly and get great work across the finish line. About This Role:

    • Brand & Identity Ownership Help expand Lofts growing ecosystem of brands with fresh visuals and scalable systems. Youll shape new identities for subbrands and joint ventures while maintaining cohesion across everything from mission patches to digital campaigns.
    • Creative Across Mediums Design visuals for a wide variety of use casessocial media sales decks event signage websites internal docs swag and more.
    • Motion & Video Support Produce or manage production of motion graphics and lightweight video content that supports brand storytelling and product messaging.
    • Campaign & Content Collaboration Partner with marketing sales and leadership to develop visual narratives that support launches events and business goals. Translate feedback into clarity not chaos.
    • Project Ownership & Prioritization Own medium to large design projects from end to end. Balance competing priorities across three brands communicate clearly and drive projects across the finish lineeven when the path forward isnt fully mapped out.
    • Stakeholder Management Work across time zones and teams to build trust synthesize input and align stakeholdersincluding highlevel leadership.

Must Haves:

    • 57 years of experience in visual brand or marketing design
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital print and identity work
    • Ability to manage crossfunctional projects from strategy through
    • Excellent visual design fundamentals (layout typography color hierarchy)
    • Comfortable working in ambiguity and balancing multiple stakeholders
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Figma Powerpoint
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Fluent in English and French (or working toward fluency)
    • Experience working across teams and time zones
