Job Description

Randolph Technical Career Center is a regional CTE school in central Vermont. RTCC offers 10 fullday technical education programs each of which offers college credits or industry certifications to students as part of their high school education. RTCC is a full day CTE High School where students gain technical skills professional skills and academic skills on our programs include:Manufacturing & FabricationDiversified AgricultureAutomotive TechnologyConstruction Trades & ManagementCriminal Justice Culinary Arts Diesel TechnologyDigital Media ArtsElectrical Technology RTCC is seeking a paraprofessional to support our students to achieve academic technical and professional RESPONSIBILITIES:Good interpersonal skills including working with both teenagers and to make work relevant for students connecting learning assignments to their program or areas of interest. (instructional or paraprofessional experience preferred)Ability to take direction and follow through with to help and cando attitudeSafely assist students in program activitiesAble to manage small groups of studentsPerform any other duties as assigned by the primary focus of this position will be to help students with Math and ELA skills. Candidate must be able to perform/reteach basic algebra.
