Job Description
Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a Chemical Packager/Forklift Operator with a Manufacturingcompany located in Phoenix AZ.
Payrate:$20/hr
Shift Schedule: MondayFriday; 5:00AM2:30PM
This is a temptohire opportunity.
Chemical Packager/Forklift Operator Responsibilities:
Evacuating inspecting revalving filling and painting cylinders and ton containers of chlorine.
Unloading tank cars and loading and unloading trucks.
Loading and unloading industrial tanks weighing up to 75 lbs.
Operating a forklift (preferred but not required).
Performing general cleanup duties including sweeping and painting tanks.
Adhering to safe work practices and utilizing required PPE.
Standing for extended periods in a dusty and varying temperature environment (both inside and outside).
Chemical Packager/Forklift Operator Qualifications:
Experience in a production environment is preferred.
Knowledge of safe work practices.
Ability to read and understand training materials.
Some knowledge of plumbing and PVC.
Forklift certification is a plus.
Prior experience in industrial or construction settings (minimum 1 year).
Good attendance record and consistent employment history.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
