Auffenberg Hyundai is looking for a dedicated BDC Service Representative to join our team in Shiloh IL. As a BDC Service Representative you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls related to service appointments and inquiries. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and coordinating service schedules.
