What Youll Do:
Take full ownership of daily field operations and team success
Lead business development efforts to expand our customer base
Build a safetyfirst highperformance culture
Recruit mentor and grow a winning team
Partner with Sales HR Fleet and Safety teams to scale operations
Manage labor equipment job costing and KPIs to drive results
Be a handson leader energizing your team every step of the way

Have strong leadership experience in hydrovac environmental services or construction

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
7 years of field leadership experience in construction industrial services or environmental services
Industry experience in hydrovac ground protection equipment rentals utilities or waste services
Proven ability to drive operational excellence and customer growth
Strong understanding of safety job costing scheduling and reporting
Bachelors degree in Business Operations or related field (preferred)
