Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY OF PURPOSE:
Under direct supervision of the Plant Manager and District Manager this position performs the setup of routes one day ahead of the scheduled day. Support the mission of the Company which is: Ontime delivery of a quality product at a reasonable cost. Focus efforts on safety efficiency quality and continuous improvement. Follow all company policies procedures safety and security.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Select and pack required product from shelve prepared buckets to ensure all routes are set up in accordance with specifications outlined in the Production Operator Instruction Sheet (POIS).
- Follow all operator instructions for the position as set forth in the POIS.
- Perform work in a safe manner and in accordance with Companys safety practices and procedures.
- Keep the work area neat and well organized. This will include cleaning bathrooms taking out trash and other cleaning duties as assigned.
- Other related duties as assigned by management to ensure cross training is accomplished within the department to maximize the efficient processing of all linen products.
