Job Description
-Set up of all jobs to meet production goals
-Ensure product quality compliance and scheduling
-Facilitate successful changeovers and set-ups
-Ensure priority of jobs based on past due dates
-Communicate status of machine availability
-Utilize goals to set-up machines to meet sales and reduce backlogs
-Ensure set-up tools are recorded and updated for successful changeover
-Document changeover and set-up times by jobs to track efficiency
-Operate machines as needed
-G&M code CNC programming
-Other duties as assigned
-High School Diploma or GED; Vocational or Technical school will suffice;
-3 years manufacturing and CNC
-G&M code CNC Programming
-Ability to read job diagrams and blueprints
-Communicate clearly and professionally with others both verbally and written
-Ability to multitask
-Ability to lift 60 lbs
-Range $25-30/hr
