Insurance Sales Agent Bilingual Spanish English

Magnum Insurance Agency is looking for a Licensed Producer Bilingual Spanish English Agent for our location 120 N Bolingbrook Dr. Bolingbrook IL 60440

First year average earnings are around $55K with potential for yearuponyear growth as you build your client base.

Hourly rate $18 $19 plus Bonus/Commissions

Responsibilities and Duties:

Bilingual (Spanish English)
Develop positive working relationships with clients
Explain the differences in policy specifics so clients can make informed decisions about their purchases
Handle policy renewals
Follow up with clients after initial meetings or conversations
Approach clients via cold calling and direct mail to inquire about their insurance situations and future needs
Participate in continuing education programs in both insurance and sales

Qualifications and Skills:

Insurance Producer License Casualty or MV Minimum
Motivation for Sales
Dependability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pleasant telephone manner
Computer skills
Retail sales experience
