Inviting applications for the role of Consultant Storage Engineer
In this role you will be responsible for the performance integrity and security of Storage and Backup. This role includes planning development and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of Storage systems. The role requires experience and sound judgment to handle various tasks and contribute to goal achievement.
Responsibilities
Storage:
Primary NetApp Storage ClusterMode Administration.
Experience with monitoring and performance tuning of NetApp AFF & FAS Arrays.
Experience with capacity planning and storage allocation forecasting.
Working Experience on NetApp Snap Center Storage Grid Active IQ Grafana Harvest.
Working experience on NetApp Code upgrades.
Knowledge on VMware vCenter administration.
Knowledge on DELLEMC ECS.
Working Experience on Brocade/CISCO SAN Switches and zoning.
Working with an enterprise wide DisasterRecovery environment.
Understanding of Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automations.
Actively and preemptively determine possible faults and causes by the of predetermined health and operational checks.
Interactions with all levels of the organization and with external clients and Vendors.
Ability to plan and prioritize work and meet project deadlines.
Must be selfmotivated and work well with other groups.
Excellent communication skills oral and written) interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
Having Good Knowledge on scripting.
Having hands on experience on any cloud platforms and automations.
Experience in managing Avamar & Power Protect Data Manager (PPDM) Data Protection Environments.
Handson experience on EMC Data Domain Administration.
Working knowledge on NDMP backups.
Analyze backup software performance and monitoring of scheduled backups to ensure success or take remedial action for failures.

Manage and resolve Data restore requirements.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelors degree in business information systems (IS) computer science or
related field or equivalentrelated IT experience.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
