About the role:
The Global Procurement Manager will support business stakeholders across the globe and be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that drive efficiency and value. The role will be responsible for handling software and services suppliers related primarily to PwC Technology.
Our hybrid working policy requires employees to work in the office three days per week (including one day at our London office for those based in regional locations).
What your days will look like:
Demonstrating expertise in negotiating procurement contracts for technology agreements including software licenses for both onpremise and SaaS models.
Navigating global agreement negotiations data privacy challenges and European regulations.
Performing financial and quantitative data analysis reviewing proposals and utilizing complex commercial models for negotiation.
Managing internal and supplier communication with a resultsdriven approach focusing on tasks and knowing when to escalate issues; acting as a trusted business advisor developing procurement strategies for optimal outcomes and incorporating risk management and supply chain sustainability.
This role is for you if:
You can manage the sourcing process from supplier selection to contract negotiation and ongoing management ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with procurement policies (Strategic Sourcing)
You can act as a trusted advisor to PwC network leaders developing procurement strategies for optimal outcomes and maximizing value (Relationship Management)
You can negotiate strong contracts and develop best practice procurement processes incorporating supply chain sustainability to mitigate risks (Risk Management)
You are able to ensure all procurement activities adhere to established policies focusing on delivering the best value and outcomes for the organization (Compliance and Value Delivery)
