Sales Coordinator
Location: Jefferson Street Inn 201 Jefferson Street Wausau WI 54403
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Jefferson Street Inn. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in all aspects of the sales process including coordinating meetings preparing sales materials and maintaining customer records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing schedules and appointments
- Prepare and distribute sales materials such as presentations and proposals
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the CRM system
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
- 12 years of experience in a sales support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
