The successful candidate:
must beaCertified Nursing Assistant CNA in good standing with theStateof Michiganora graduate of a state approved nursing assistant training program andwill be scheduled for thestate competency examination within 120 days of employment.
Is resident centeredpatient compassionate gentle empathetic andacommittedteam player.
must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents families and staff members.
