Founded in 1982 and with deep roots in the textile industry since 1921 Intradeco has grown into a global vertical manufacturing company supplying quality casual clothing and thermal underwear to major retailers in the United States Mexico and Canada. This is a fulltime onsite hybrid position in Miami FL.


Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a resultsdriven Sales Manager to help grow our brand and build strong retail partnerships with our key accounts while working closely with them to expand the business. The ideal candidate thrives in building customer relationships loves to sell and has a deep understanding of the gotomarket process. They are experienced in creating suggested buys they have a merchant mindset and can build apparel assortments by customer they understand the importance of supporting marketing materials and can identify growth opportunities.


What you will do:

Sales Strategy & Leadership:

  • You operate with a growth mindset demonstrate excellent sales skills excellent communication skills and understand the importance of strong retail sellthrough.
  • Work closely with key account retail partners to analyze their business market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and adjust sell in strategies accordingly.
Key Account Sales:
  • Develop and nurture strong partnerships with key retail partners reps and distributors. Ensure their needs are met every step of the sellin and sellthrough process.
  • Curate assortments by customers and write suggested buys that fit into their account plans.
  • Analyze sales data develop and execute actionable strategies.
  • Travel and sell for market week meetings trade shows and other events.
  • Open new accounts.
Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Strong of the Go to Market process
  • Strong understanding of cross functional collaboration internally. Partner with Marketing and Merchandising to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns with seasonal product launches.
  • Work closely with customer service to ensure accounts are receiving necessary communication regarding shipments.
Sales Planning & Forecasting
  • Build account plans that are strategic & long term and demonstrate how you will achieve the sales goals and meet the KPIs.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to the cross functional team during a read and react weekly meeting. Drive data driven decisions.
  • Develop annual sales forecasts by account including key item product projections.


Who you are:

  • 37 years of progressive sales experience in the outdoor apparel sporting goods or active lifestyle industries.
  • You are a forward thinker. You are a problem solver. You are a builder.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building retail partnerships with major national accounts and regional accounts in the outdoor/fishing space.
  • Strong presentation skills strong communication skills and good negotiator.
