Job Duties
To provide a full array of highquality individualized acute psychiatric and psychosocial inpatient services that in partnership with the services of other providers help improve the lives of Virginias children most in need of intensive services and their families. To participate in building statewide capacity in behavioral healthcare services by providing training opportunities for mental health and human service providers and students in partnership with colleges universities and community agencies throughout central and western Virginia. To provide in partnership with other mental health and childserving agencies and providers guidance and expertise that informs the continuing development of Virginias system of mental health care for children and adolescents.
Minimum Qualifications
Comprehensive knowledge of: Principles of customer and personal service 2 Experience and knowledge of scheduling processes and principles 3 Documentation 4 Applicable regulations and policies 5 English language 6 Scheduling systems.
Skills Include: Problem identification 2 Proficiency in personal computers and Microsoft Office Software 3 Coordination 4 Interpersonal Diplomacy/Professionalism 5 Judgment and decision making 6 Time management.
Abilities include: Written and verbal comprehension 2 Written and verbal communications 3 Problem sensitivity 4 Problem resolution 5 Wristfinger dexterity.
