Brokerage Coordinator

Job Description Summary

Job Description

The Brokerage Coordinator will report to the Operations Manager and will serve as the support for a feeearner and/or team. This position is responsible for administrative support of feeearners as noted below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities

Brokerage Support for the Central Business District Philadelphia Brokers. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Brokerage Support

  • Database management
  • Salesforce and CRM management
  • Coordination of deal entry/management of pipeline
  • Brokerage Events
  • Costar and LoopNet Reporting
  • Research support
  • Event planning

Marketing and Graphics:

  • Pitch materials
  • Client reporting
  • Mapping and Aerials
  • Assistance with editing Signage Eblasts Brochures and Marketing Boards
  • Case Studies
  • Assist with PR (press release social media etc.

May assist with office operations/administrative duties as assigned.

Reporting relationship

Role will report to the following:

  • Market Operations Manager

Metrics

Role will be evaluated on the following:

  • Accuracy of produced documents
  • Timeliness of produced documents
  • Communication and collaboration with other team members

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Demonstrated experience should include:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • 25 years experience in a professional organization or equivalent educational experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Including Excel)
  • Experience in InDesign and Photoshop a plus
  • Database management

  • Ability to multitask & operate in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to take direction from multiple sources
  • Highly organized and good project management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated aptitude to solve problems and navigate through obstacles
