Implementation Specialist Client Onboarding (New Grad Program)

Your Impact

This isnt just an entrylevel position its a structured growth program designed specifically for ambitious new graduates. As part of our Implementation Team youll receive comprehensive training and mentorship while gaining handson experience in clientfacing project management and software implementation. Within months youll be building valuable skills that typically take years to develop in traditional corporate environments.


What Youll Do

Phase 1: Foundation (Months 1 3

  • Receive comprehensive training on our platform benefits administration fundamentals and implementation processes
  • Shadow experienced team members on client implementations
  • Learn our proven project management methodology for successful onboarding
  • Assist with client documentation and internal knowledge base development

Phase 2: Guided Implementation (Months 36

  • Colead client implementation projects with senior team members
  • Facilitate client training sessions with supervision and feedback
  • Configure the platform for specific client requirements with guidance
  • Develop data migration strategies for transitioning clients to our system

Phase 3: Growing Independence (Months 6

  • Gradually take ownership of implementation projects from kickoff to golive
  • Lead needs analysis sessions to document client requirements
  • Create and execute detailed implementation plans
  • Coordinate with our development support and QA teams
  • Independently manage client relationships during the onboarding journey

Education:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Business Human Resources Information Systems or related field
