About the Role
This teachingintensive position 70:20:10 is perfect for someone who is passionate about shaping the next generation of early childhood educators. Youll design coordinate and deliver engaging courses across undergraduate and postgraduate programs drawing on current research digital innovation and practical experience.
Youll also engage with local early childhood providers schools and regulatory bodies not only to keep course content relevant and responsive to sector needs but to create authentic practicebased learning opportunities for students.
While teaching is your primary focus youll be encouraged and supported to pursue research that complements your teaching and contributes to your academic development. Youll also have opportunities to supervise students and participate in academic governance within a collaborative and futurefocused School.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A PhD (or near completion) in Education with expertise in Early Childhood.
- Demonstrated success in highquality tertiary teaching.
- Experience in curriculum design and course coordination.
- An ability to engage professionally with internal stakeholders as well as industry connections.
- An emerging research profile
- Professional experience in early childhood education settings (highly desirable).
