We collaborate with our business partners to develop cohesive and highimpact strategies which shape Pfizers growth and future.
This role will work on projects across all four verticals within S&C: US Commercial Global Commercial Platforms International as well as Corporate and Research and Development.
How You Will Achieve It
As a Manager Secondee in this team your main accountabilities will be:
Strategic Initiative Leadership:Support key strategic projects ensuring they are aligned with the companys longterm goals and delivered on time.
Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis:Conduct indepth research to identify market trends diagnose internal processes and evaluate potential risks providing actionable insights to inform enterprise decisions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Engage with senior executives and crossfunctional teams to develop and communicate strategic recommendations and drive alignment.
Teaming and Mentoring:Build personal awareness and model a continuous growth mindset.
You will have frequent exposure to a variety of senior leadership (VPs SVPs and Presidents) across Pfizers different business units helping to build your network for a long and successful career at Pfizer. You will be reporting to a Director Team Lead who is invested in accelerating your growth and development at Pfizer. This role also provides an opportunity to gain broader exposure and experience across all four verticals in Strategy & Consulting.

Role Responsibilities
Interact with BU leaders and/or corporate functions to understand their business needs.
Under the direction of a project lead support and lead workstreams in a portfolio of projects that provide insight and direction across key strategic levers such as optimal resource allocation market development differentiating Pfizer products improving access for patients and digital enablement.
Develop and maintain an understanding of market dynamics to identify macro trends and appropriately assess opportunities and guide strategic direction. Provide perspective on the potential impact of external market signals that could impact future business performance.
Deep dive into external and internal sources to uncover patterns and extract novel insights to provide datadriven recommendations and effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders.
Create an engaging and productive work environment where team members are encouraged to collaborate and excel.
Participate in internal/external networking and thought partnership to broaden functional expertise and maintain awareness of industry trends.
Qualifications
MustHave:
Bachelors degree plus 4 years of relevant life sciences or healthcare experience OR advanced degree (Masters PhD MD or equivalent) plus 3 years of relevant healthcare experience.
Relevant healthcare experience includes experience working in/with commercial corporate or R&D biopharma functions involving strategy development and/or strategic initiatives (e.g. marketing commercial development market access & pricing business development R&D strategy/portfolio management etc..

Understanding of trends and market dynamics in US and Global healthcare and biopharmaceuticals awareness of competitor strategies and basic understanding of the drug development and commercialization process.
Ability to form and refine hypotheses often from unstructured data and incomplete information and craft compelling storylines with executiveready messages.
Excellent presentation skills sufficient to address Global BU Leadership and external audiences.
Demonstrated high learning agility team player mentality and positive attitude and poise under pressure.
Basic understanding of finance and P&L implications of any strategy.
Strong command of English language spoken and written.
