Amazon Hub Delivery allows local small businesses to partner with Amazon to provide flexible and costeffective delivery service to delight customers globally. This is an emerging Amazon Logistics (AMZL) delivery channel and is on an exponential growth trajectory globally.
Hub Delivery is looking for a Program Manager to drive world wide process improvements to improve the customer and driver experience.
Key job responsibilities
Manage and oversee various crossfunctional projects ensuring successful delivery.
Develop and refine program strategies effectively leading and motivating teams.
Set clear objectives for programs leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and achieve metrics.
Navigate and resolve ambiguities in business scenarios applying creative problemsolving skills.
Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and project success.
Evaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with customer needs and technical team inputs.
Bridge gaps in team dynamics processes and systems preventing common project pitfalls.
Identify and mitigate risks preventing them from escalating into major issues.
Regularly communicate with senior managers business leaders and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives.
Develop implement and oversee KPI reporting for a program portfolio ensuring clear visibility of milestones and project performance.
Manage and communicate project budgets effectively.
A day in the life
Work alongside functional and regional leaders to develop and maintain the Hub Delivery programs operating model.
Identify common practices to codify repeatable components and drive alignment when approaches differ.
Find opportunities to converge redundant efforts under a singlethreaded model to improve speed and scale.
Identify scale blockers and parity gaps across the WW program and work with relevant stakeholders to eliminate or close.
Operate autonomously; drive end to end management of assigned business goals.
Shepherd special projects and initiatives from ideation to documentation to deployment.
About the team
The Hub program is part of Amazons fast growing and always evolving rural and urban delivery program. We partner with customer obsessed small business owners who then deliver to Amazon customers. Our partners raise the bar for the delivery experience in some of the most complex last mile scenarios! Today we are building the Hub network in UAE Egypt Japan Mexico Spain and the US while planning for global reach!
3 years of program or project management experience
3 years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience
3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Bachelors degree
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3 years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes project management and schedules
