About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented professional with a background in auditing and strong data skills to join our Data Analytics Team. As a Data Analytics Auditor you will leverage your investigative mindset problemsolving abilities and audit methodology expertise to develop and enhance datadriven solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to merge audit principles with data analytics tools to create innovative data products that deliver valuable insights across the organisation.
What your days will look like:
Apply audit methodologies to analyse and interpret data ensuring accuracy compliance and risk mitigation.
Conduct investigations to identify patterns anomalies or risks within datasets.
Demonstrated experience in auditing commercial clients and testing key Financial Statement Line Items (FSLIs) particularly Revenue Inventory and Fixed Assets (FA).
Collaborate with the analytics team to design develop and maintain data products that address business challenges.
Transform complex audit findings into actionable data insights using tools like Alteryx and SQL.
Present findings and recommendations to management and key teams ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop workflows and dashboards to streamline data visualization and reporting.
This role is for you if:
Strong foundation in audit principles methodology and problemsolving techniques.
Experience with investigative auditing and root cause analysis.
Handson experience with data analytics tools like Alteryx and SQL.
Familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
Exceptional ability to analyse large datasets identify trends and derive insights.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with data.
Ability to effectively communicate technical findings to nontechnical audiences.
Strong writing skills for audit reports and data documentation.
